About The Artist

Hi, I’m Shannon Sinclair, an artist and florist based in Houston, Texas. I find inspiration everywhere, but especially in the places I travel—each destination leaves its mark on my work, whether through color, mood, or form.  I have lived in several countries - England, Australia, Korea and USA - and while there studied under local artists picking up different techniques and styles.

I work in a variety of mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, and pastels and I love exploring how each one brings something different to the creative process. 

Alongside painting, floral design is a huge part of my artistic world. I trained at Covent Gardens and McQueens Flower School in London, and I approach florals the same way I do my paintings—with a focus on texture, movement, and emotion.

Whether I’m arranging flowers or putting brush to canvas, my goal is always the same: to create something that feels alive, thoughtful, and a little bit unexpected.
